About
Emily has never met a stage she didn’t love or an audience member that didn’t become a friend. As a stand-up comedian, she tours nationally with Moms Unhinged, was a 2024 Ladies of Laughter finalist in NYC and most recently the December Open Mic Resident at Laughing Skull Lounge.
When not touring, you can find her throughout Atlanta hosting Punchline Comedy Club, performing as a weekend regular at Alley Stage and producing her popular monthly comedy show, Banjo Lounge. Her comedy focuses on dark scary topics, such as marriage and motherhood, that will make young audiences stop for a vasectomy on the way home. Her energy onstage is infectious, her potty mouth is remarkable and her dry humor will leave you wanting more.
Emily is a Louisville, Kentucky native, University of Georgia graduate and founder of Village Theatre in Atlanta. Her many years of improv experience and quick wit allow her to command a stage creating an unforgettable experience one laugh at a time. Emily is also known for portraying Mrs. Claus throughout the holiday season for both children (PG version) and adults (not as PG) and was named a 2024 Decatur Hometown Hero for her work with the City of Decatur. When not performing, she is getting roasted at home by her two remarkable spawn, Maggie and Lucy, and her balder and better half, Blair.
When not slinging jokes at night, Emily loves entertaining and hosting groups of all ages and helping organizations produce remarkable events.
This includes hosting musical trivia at senior centers, acting as a “Bike Dude” to promote road safety with elementary students and officiating weddings with Savannah Wedding and Elopements. She has hosted fundraisers for many groups such as the Atlanta Realtor Association, Emory Health and Amplify Decatur.
“Her outstanding work ethic, friendly demeanor, and commitment to creating memorable experiences for our community make her an invaluable asset to any event.”
